Banana Yaad Annex

Tucked away behind a private gate and perched above the Caribbean, the Banana Yaad is Catcha Falling Star’s most exclusive hideaway.

With only two cottages carved into the cliffs, this enclave blends total privacy with effortless access to Negril’s best views and vibrant energy. Neighboring Rick’s Café provides a lively day time sound, with evenings quiet enough to hear nothing but the sea, it’s a sanctuary for guests who want both seclusion and connection.

THE TWO COTTAGES

The Annex features just two one-of-a-kind cottages, each designed for comfort and intimacy. Both come with king beds, walk-in showers, and terraces that open directly to the sea. Ladders lead straight into turquoise water for morning swims or afternoon snorkeling, while stone steps reveal a hidden cave just below. A shared Jacuzzi, tucked between the cottages, is the perfect spot to toast the sunset.

PRIVACY & ACCESS

The gated Annex is fully separate from the main resort, ensuring a high level of privacy and discretion. When you want quiet, retreat to your terrace and listen to the waves. When you’re ready for a change of pace, stroll next door to Rick’s Café for live music and cliff diving, or wander back through the gate to reconnect with the calm of the sea.

RESORT CONNECTION

Guests of the Banana Yaad Annex enjoy full access to everything Catcha Falling Star has to offer. Spend the day at the cliffside pool, wander to sun decks carved into the rocks, or dine at Ivan’s Restaurant & Bar for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For the most unforgettable evenings, our signature experiences—the Bird’s Nest and Night of 100 Candles—can be arranged directly through the resort team.

WHY CHOOSE THE ANNEX

With only two cottages, a private gate, and a location perched at the meeting point of seclusion and Negril’s most iconic nightlife, the Banana Yaad Annex is unlike anywhere else in Jamaica. It’s ideal for couples, honeymooners, or anyone who wants a hideaway that feels worlds apart—without giving up the pulse of the island.
